Crédit Suisse

Outcome

Credit Suisse Company is a world leader in investment banking and the compliance is a pillar of their banking activity.

Our solution helped the CS Company to improve faster their compliance with the Basel III regulatory framework. The Reporting framework delivered helped the regulatory team to deliver report within one year.

We reached the goal within one year and a half of project and pro-active support. Additional advantages are that CS can reuse the best practices, methodology and solution implemented by Synchrotech for other projects.

Challenge

The Crédit Suisse was struggling to integrate different teams from three locations, Asia, America and Switzerland. They were experiencing performance and impacting bugs on live compliance Dashboards and reports.

As a result, they were not able to deliver complex regulatory dashboards to Business users. They needed to achieve the goal because the regulatory reports are legally mandatory.

“The Synchrotech consultant has perfectly mastered his projects by making use of prioritizations and dynamism and using his very good professional skills to fulfill our tasks to our satisfaction. We particularly appreciated his initiative and his great sense of responsibility and organization.”
